COM PERSONAL SA DE CV, its affiliates and/or subsidiaries (hereinafter "COM") makes this privacy notice available to you to inform you of our procedures and policies regarding the treatment of your information, as well as the rights and obligations that you has in relation to its processing. Unless otherwise specified in the Privacy Notice, the terms used in this document have the same meaning determined in our Terms of Use.

 

Collection and processing of information

 

When visiting our website, COM may collect, if you accept, cookies and analysis information, which allow us to personalize content in your language, according to your interests and the region in which you visit us; in addition to knowing the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Analysis information (analytics) comes from your IP address, your operating system information, your browser specifications, the type of device you use to browse and language settings.

When you download or request any material from the COM Sites, we will ask you to provide us with certain information, which will be stored and processed in a secure manner.

COM may use your Personal Information in the following activities:

To contact you and respond to any requests you have submitted through the COM Sites;

Develop marketing campaigns;

For recruitment purposes; and To compile general statistics.

How long we keep your information.

 

If you are currently a customer, COM will store and protect your Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of the applicable agreement. The confidentiality obligations established in the contract will remain enforceable during the term of the business relationship of the parties and after the date on which said business relationship ceases as indicated in the regulatory agreement.

 

Distribution of your information

 

COM may share your Personal Information with its affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as transfer it to other countries in the world where COM has servers or operations.

COM may work with third party vendors and partners to fulfill the above purposes; therefore, when COM V uses third parties, it will ensure that they have an adequate level of protection for the Personal Information they process on our behalf. In addition, when said third parties are located outside of Mexico, COM will ensure that the existing confidentiality agreements with COM are complied with.

Personal Information, which you may provide, will be stored and protected in accordance with industry and technology standards. At any time, you have the right to access and request a copy of your Personal Information; request that your Personal Information be rectified or revoked; and limit its use or disclosure.
